Breastfeeding Support
Supporting mamas during their breastfeeding journey is one of the many things we do.
#1 TIP:
Staying hydrated while breastfeeding is crucial for both mother and baby. This is because it helps maintain an adequate milk supply, prevents dehydration, and aids in milk composition. Drinking enough water also supports the mother's overall well-being, ensuring she remains energized and healthy to care for her baby. Staying hydrated is important for breastfeeding mothers because breast milk is about 90% water, and breastfeeding mothers lose a lot of water while nursing. Dehydration can lead to decreased milk production, fatigue, and other symptoms. So be sure to have a water bottle on hand and don’t forget about electrolytes such as coconut water!
Healthy eating is also crucial in pregnancy for the well-being of both you and your baby. This ensures proper nutrition and reduces the risk of complications, promoting a healthy pregnancy.
