  • One postpartum visit at your home with doula and midwife (includes breastfeeding support, fondus/bleeding check, contraception discussion options, discussion of after birth care plan, information sent to PCP, mommy/baby wellness check, and support system wellness check)

  • $4,500

  • Initial meeting; discussion of birth plan and signing consents

  • Phone calls as needed prior to 36 weeks

  • Laboring set up which includes lamaze ball

  • Biweekly calls after 38 weeks

  • One postpartum visit at your home with doula and midwife (includes breastfeeding support, fondus/bleeding check, contraception discussion options, discussion of after birth care plan, information sent to PCP, mommy/baby wellness check, and support system wellness check)

Our comprehensive virtual doula package provides personalized support and guidance throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. In addition to virtual consultations, continuous communication, and expert guidance, this package includes in-person support during labor and delivery to ensure you have the support you need.

1. Prenatal Support:

  • Initial Consultation: A 60-minute virtual meeting to discuss your pregnancy, birth preferences, and any questions or concerns you may have.

  • Birth Plan Assistance: Personalized support in creating a birth plan that aligns with your preferences and values.

  • Education and Resources: Access to informative materials, articles, and videos on pregnancy, labor, and birth options.

  • Regular Virtual Check-ins: Scheduled virtual meetings throughout your pregnancy to provide ongoing support and guidance.

2. Labor and Birth Support:

  • Continuous Virtual Support: On-call availability via video calls, phone, and messaging starting at 38 weeks of pregnancy until birth.

  • Real-time Guidance: Expert guidance and support during labor and birth, including coping techniques, comfort measures, and advocacy.

  • In-Person Delivery Support: Presence of your doula at your chosen birthing location to provide hands-on support, comfort measures, advocacy, and guidance during labor and delivery. We will determine based on induction date.

  • Partner Support: Tips and techniques for your birth partner to provide effective support during labor and birth.

  • Advocacy: Assistance in communicating your birth preferences to your medical team and advocating for your wishes.

3. Postpartum Support:

  • Immediate Postpartum Support: Guidance and support immediately following birth, including breastfeeding support and postpartum care tips.

  • Regular Postpartum Check-ins: Scheduled virtual meetings during the postpartum period to address any concerns and provide ongoing support.

  • Emotional Support: Support and guidance for emotional well-being and adjustment to parenthood during the postpartum period.

We understand that preparing for your baby can feel overwhelming - especially while balancing work and family. Let us help organize a space for baby and mommy! You and your family deserve the most comfortable space at home. We will clean the kitchen, living room, and bathroom as well. Deep cleaning services and the cleaning of other rooms are available for an additional charge.
